These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fireitm.com (the "Site"), operated by FireITM ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
FireITM is an independent directory that publishes reviews, comparisons, and compliance guides about fire & life-safety inspection software. The Site is informational and is supported in part by advertising and affiliate/referral relationships.
Informational Content Only — Not Professional Advice
Content on the Site — including guides that reference NFPA standards, AHJ requirements, and inspection frequencies — is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current adopted code edition or your local requirements. It is not legal, engineering, or professional compliance advice. Always verify requirements against the applicable adopted codes and with your authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and qualified professionals before acting.
No Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that content — including software pricing, features, or ratings — is complete, current, or error-free. Software details change frequently and may be out of date.
Affiliate and Advertising Relationships

The Site's original content, design, and compilations are owned by FireITM and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link back.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to harvest its content through automated means without our consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FireITM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the Site's content. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Site is to stop using it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FireITM harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
